Accounts Clerk (Corporate Service Department)

Our corporate division is growing and we are looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk in our Malta office. The ideal candidate will be working closely with a Junior and Senior Accountant and will be responsible for:
  • Updating and maintaining day-to-day accounting records
  • Preparing daily bank reconciliations and other ad hoc reconciliations
  • Recording and posting invoices into the Company’s accounting software
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register
  • Assisting with the month-end process
  • Liaising with the auditors where applicable
  • Preparing ad hoc monthly reports for management
  • Carrying out other general accounting duties as may be required

Education & Experience:

  • An 'A' Level in Accounts or AAT Diploma
  • 1 year of experience
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Word
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Nav Accounting package shall be considered an asset
